7N ammonia in methanol (2 ml) was added into methyl 3-(4-(6-(adamantan-2-ylcarbamoyl)pyridin-2-yl)piperazin-1-yl)propanoate (94 mg, 0.22 mmol), and then the resulting mixture was stirred at room temperature for 48 hours. The resulting reaction liquid was concentrated under reduced pressure, and then the residue thus obtained was subjected to MPLC (10% MeOH/MC), to obtain 54 mg of colorless oil (60%).
