Procedure

To the product of Example 4, step a (81 mg, 0.27 mmol) in DCM (3 mL) was added TFA (0.27 mL). After stirring 3 h the mixture was concentrated in vacuo and loaded directly on a column. Chromatography on SiO2 eluting with 2 M NH3 in MeOH/DCM afforded the desired product as a white solid (22 mg, 41%). MS (ESI) mass calcd. 201.10. m/z found 202.0 [M+H]+.
