Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared according to the procedure for 7-Amino-4-methoxy-2-methyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-isoindol-1-one (Compound 205A) using 2-Methyl-4-(morpholin-4-yl)-7-nitro-2,3-dihydro-1H-isoindol-1-one (Compound 208B). MS (ES+): m/z 248.23 (100) [MH+]; HPLC: tR=0.62 min (UPLC, analytical).
