In a similar fashion using route 1 general procedure 4, 4-fluoro-5-methyl-2-nitro-N-quinolin-8-yl-benzenesulfonamide (Intermediate 269) (520 mg, 1.44 mmol), SnCl2 (1.08 g, 5.76 mmol), 6N HCl (2 drops) and EtOH (5 ml) gave the title compound after purification by column chromatography with DCM/MeOH (98:2) (340 mg, 71%).
