Reaction Steps
In a similar fashion, using route 37 general procedure 90, 2-fluoro-5-(2-methyl-3,3-dioxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-3λ*6*-thia-2,4,5-triaza-phenanthren-1-yl)-benzaldehyde 422 (15.9 μl, 0.13 mmol) and sodium triacetoxyborohydride (40 mg, 0.19 mmol) in DCE (2 ml) gave the title compound (22 mg, 34%) after trituration from MeOH.
