5-Chloro-2-fluoro-4-(piperidin-4-ylmethyl)aniline (1.730 mmol, 420 mg), 2-(4-(bromomethyl)phenyl)-1,1,1,3,3,3-hexafluoropropan-2-ol (1.730 mmol, 583 mg) and potassium carbonate (3.46 mmol, 478 mg) were combined and stirred at room temperature in acetonitrile (20 mL) for 2 hours. The reaction mixture was filtered and the filtrate concentrated under vacuum. The residue was purified by SCX chromatography to afford the title compound (800 mg). MS (ESI) m/z 499.5 [M+H]+
