实验过程

1-(3-Chlorophenyl)-3-iodopropan-1-ol: To 3-chloro-1-(3-chlorophenyl)propan-1-ol (2.85 g, 13.90 mmol) was added sodium iodide (2.66 M in dry acetone) (21 mL, 55.9 mmol) and the mixture was placed under nitrogen and brought to reflux for overnight. After overnight stirring, the solvent was removed under reduced pressure. The residue was taken up in Et2O and water and the phases separated. The organic layer was washed further with water and brine. The organic layer was then dried (Na2SO4), filtered and evaporated to give the desired product as colorless oil (3.9 g, 94%).
