实验过程

HATU (328 mg, 862 μmol) was added to a solution of 1-hydroxy-1H-1,2,3-benzotriazole-6-carboxylic acid (154 mg, 862 μmol) in DMF (1.5 mL, 19.5 mmol) and the resulting mixture was stirred at room temperature for 10 minutes. DIPEA (0.3 mL, 1.7 mmol) was added to the mixture, followed by (2R,4R)-4-amino-5-(3′-chlorobiphenyl-4-yl)-2-hydroxypentanoic acid ethyl ester (200 mg, 575 μmol) and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 1 hour. The mixture was concentrated in vacuo and the resulting residue was purified by reverse phase chromatography (35-80% MeCN in water with 0.05% TFA) to yield the title compound (197 mg) as a white solid.
