A mixture of 105a (220 mg, 0.30 mmol) and LiOH (72 mg, 3.0 mmol) in iPrOH/THF (1:1, 4 mL) and H2O (1 mL) was stirred at 30° C. for 1 h. The mixture was evaporated in vacuo and the residue was extracted with EtOAc (10 mL×2). The combined EtOAc extract was concentrated under reduced pressure and the residue was purified by reverse-phase prep-HPLC to afford 105 (54 mg, 25%) as a white solid. LCMS: [M+H]+ 682. 1H NMR (500 MHz, CDCl3) δ 8.54 (t, J=2.5, 1H), 7.91 (s, 1H), 7.80 (s, 1H), 7.47 (d, J=1.5, 1H), 7.26-7.24 (m, 1H), 7.18-7.15 (m, 1H), 6.95 (dd, J=2.5, 9.0, 1H), 6.87 (s, 1H), 6.81 (d, J=7.5, 1H), 4.72-4.61 (m, 4H), 4.54 (d, J=11.5, 1H), 4.33-4.30 (m, 2H), 4.20-4.14 (m, 3H), 3.92-3.90 (m, 1H), 3.71 (s, 3H), 3.53 (t, J=5.5, 1H), 3.31 (s, 1H), 3.12 (s, 2H), 2.61-2.56 (m, 5H), 2.44 (s, 2H), 2.35 (s, 1H), 1.91-1.89 (m, 2H), 1.80-1.79 (m, 2H), 1.67 (s, 1H), 1.43-1.37 (m, 1H), 0.82 (t, J=5.5, 3H)
