A mixture of 118a (100 mg, 0.135 mmol) and lithium hydroxide (33 mg, 1.35 mmol) in i-propanol/THF (1:1, 4 mL) and water (1 mL) was stirred at 30° C. for 1 h. The mixture was evaporated under reduced pressure. The resulting residue was extracted with ethyl acetate (2×10 mL). The combined organic layer was concentrated under reduced pressure and the residue was purified by reverse-phase prep-HPLC to afford 118 (36 mg, 38%) as a white solid. MS: [M+H]+ 698.3. 1H NMR (500 MHz, CDCl3) δ 8.64 (d, J=2.0 Hz, 1H), 8.27 (s, 1H), 8.05 (d, J=2.0 Hz, 1H), 7.88 (s, 1H), 7.48 (d, J=2, 5 Hz, 1H), 7.37 (d, J=5.5 Hz, 1H), 7.30 (dd, J=2.5, 9.0 Hz, 1H), 7.11 (dd, J=2.5, 8.5 Hz, 1H), 6.82 (d, J=9.0 Hz, 1H), 4.79-4.73 (m, 2H), 4.67-4.61 (m, 2H), 4.31 (s, 2H), 3.77 (t, J=7.0 Hz, 1H), 3.72 (s, 3H), 3.21-3.19 (m, 1H), 2.99-2.98 (m, 2H), 2.94-2.91 (m, 1H), 2.88-2.86 (m, 2H), 2.78-2.71 (m, 2H), 2.51-2.49 (m, 1H), 1.99-1.96 (m, 6H), 0.92-0.90 (m, 6H).
