Procedure
A suspension of 4-(1,3-dioxoisoindolin-2-yl)-3-hydroxy-N,N-dimethylbenzenesulfonamide (Preparation 106, 83 mg, 0.240 mmol), K2CO3 (50 mg, 0.359 mmol) and iodomethane (0.1 mL, 1.60 mmol) in EtOH (4 mL) was stirred at 100° C. under microwave irradiation for 60 minutes. When cooled, the resulting crystals (50 mg, 58%) obtained were filtered, washed with EtOH and dried to afford the title compound.
