The title compound was prepared in an analogous fashion to that described in Stage 22.1 using 5-bromo-6-chloro-N-(4-(trifluoromethoxy)phenyl)nicotinamide (Stage 6.2) and 2-(ethylamino)ethanol to afford a white solid. (The RM was heated at 140° C. for 18 h). HPLC (Condition 4) tR=5.92 min, UPLC-MS (Condition 3) tR=1.19 min, m/z=450.1 [M+H]+.
