Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared in an analogous fashion to that described in Stage 88.1 using 6-chloro-N-(4-(chlorodifluoromethoxy)phenyl)-5-iodonicotinamide (Stage 48.3) and 3-azetidinemethanol hydrochloride to afford a beige solid. HPLC (Condition 7) tR=6.5 min, UPLC-MS (Condition 8) tR=1.1 min, m/z=510.0/512.0 [M+H]+.
