Procedure

Combined tert-butyl (3-(6-(4-(4-cyanophenyl)-5-hydroxy-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)nicotinamido)propyl)(methyl)carbamate and EtOAc (5 mL) and added HCl-EtOAc (5 mL) and stir at room temperature for 5 h. The reaction mixture was evaporated in vacuo to give the title compound as a yellow green solid. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 9.09-9.04 (m, 1H), 9.00 (s, 1H), 8.89 (br. s., 2H), 8.67 (s, 1H), 8.48 (br. s., 2H), 8.15 (d, J=8.2 Hz, 2H), 7.79 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 2H), 3.38 (d, J=6.0 Hz, 2H), 2.95 (br. s., 2H), 2.54 (t, J=5.3 Hz, 3H), 1.96-1.85 (m, 2H). MS m/Z [M+H]+ 377.1.
