A mixture of 804 mg (1.4 mmol) 4-{(3S,4R)-3-(4-Chloro-phenyl)-4-[ethyl-(4-fluoro-phenoxycarbonyl)-amino]-pyrrolidine-1-carbonyl}-piperidine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester and 1.6 g (14 mmol) TFA in 25 mL DCM was stirred for 5 h at room temperature. Water and 2N NaOH aq. was added and the mixture was extracted with DCM. The combined organic layers were dried over Na2SO4, filtered off and evaporated to yield 577 mg (87%) of the title compound as yellow foam. MS m/e: 474.3 [M+H]+.
