Procedure

Under N2, to a solution of (R)-tert-butyl 1-(7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-yl)pyrrolidin-3-ylcarbamate (380 mg, 1.34 mmol) in anhydrous THF (10 mL) was slowly added Lithium aluminium hydride (143 mg, 3.76 mmol) at 0° C. After the completion of the addition, the reaction mixture was stirred at 65° C. for 2 hours. The reaction mixture was then cooled to 0° C., quenched with aqueous NaOH (15%), and filtrated to remove the solid. The filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by preparative TLC to give the title compound (178 mg, 66% yield). MS (m/z): 218 (M+H)+.
