To a solution of (R)-methyl-(5-nitro-pyridin-2-yl)-{1-[7-(2-trimethylsilanyl-ethoxymethyl)-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-yl]-pyrrolidin-3-yl}-amine (10 mmol) in methanol (100 mL) was added Raney Ni. The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 18 hours under 1 atm of H2. After filtration, it was concentrated to give the title compound.
