A solution of (R)-2-(1H-imidazol-4-yl)-N-methyl-N-(1-(7-((2-(trimethylsilyl)ethoxy)methyl)-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-yl)pyrrolidin-3-yl)acetamide (0.11 mmol) in TFA (1 mL) and DCM (2 mL) was stirred at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The volatiles were removed under reduce pressure. The residue was dissolved in MeOH (2 mL) and treated with ethane-1,2-diamine (0.2 mL) at room temperature overnight. The volatiles were then removed under reduced pressure and the residue was purified by flash chromatography to give the title compound. MS (m/z): 326 (M+H)+.
