Procedure
A mixture of (R)—N-(1-(7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-yl)pyrrolidin-3-yl)-2-chloro-N-methylpyrimidin-4-amine (26.0 mg, 0.08 mmol) and methylamine (in THF, 2.0 M, 5.0 mL, 10.0 mmol) was stirred at 110° C. for 45 min in an Initator™ Biotage microwave reactor. The volatiles were removed under reduced pressure and the residue was purified by chromatography on silica gel to give the title compound. MS (m/z): 325 (M+H)+.
