(S)-3-Amino-1-(4-chlorophenyl)azepan-2-one hydrochloride (35 mg, 0.127 mmol) was synthesized as described for the preparation of Intermediate 49 using 4-chlorophenylboronic acid in step A. Anal. Calcd. for C12H15ClN2O m/z 238.8. found: 239.2 (M+H)+.
