Reaction Steps
(S)-3-Amino-1-phenylazocan-2-one (87 mg, 0.34 mmol) was synthesized as described for the preparation of Intermediate 54 using (S,Z)-3-amino-1-phenyl-1,4,5,8-tetrahydroazocin-2(3H)-one. Anal. Calcd. for C13H18N2O m/z 218.2. found: 219.0 (M+H)+.
