(S)-3-Amino-1-(pyridin-3-yl)azepan-2-one trifluoroacetate (36 mg, 0.11 mmol) was synthesized as described for the preparation of Intermediate 62 using N-allylpyridin-3-amine in step A. Anal. Calcd. for C11H15N3O m/z 205.2. found: 206.1 (M+H)+.
