To a solution of tert-butyl-3-(2-fluorobenzyl)-3-hydroxycyclohexylcarbamate (1 mmol, 323 mg) in DCM was added Deoxo-Fluor® (2 mmol, 370 μL) at room temperature. The reaction mixture was stirred for overnight. Methanol was added dropwise. The desired product was obtained after the removal of solvent by rotary evaporation.
