3-Amino-5-[2-(1-hydroxycyclopentyl)ethyl]thiophene-2-carboxylic acid methyl ester and dimethoxymethyldimethylamine were reacted by method B. The product with the molecular weight of 324.45 (C16H24N2O3S) was obtained in this way; MS (ESI): 325 (M+H+).
