3-Amino-5-(3-hydroxy-4-methylpentyl)thiophene-2-carboxylic acid methyl ester was reacted with dimethoxymethyldimethylamine by method B. The product with the molecular weight of 312.43 (C15H24N2O3S) was obtained in this way; MS (ESI): 313 (M+H+).
