5-(tert-Butyldiphenylsilanyloxymethyl)-3-(dimethylaminomethyleneamino)thiophene-2-carboxylic acid methyl ester was reacted with 4-(2-dimethylaminoethoxy)phenylamine by method A with addition of isopropanol in addition. The product with the molecular weight of 583.83 (C33H37N3OSSi) was obtained in this way; MS (ESI): 584 (M+H+).
