Procedure

To a round-bottom flask, 3.6 g of purified acetamide, 3.6 g of urea and 3 g of NH4SCN (ammonium thiocyanate) were introduced. The mixture was agitated gradually under nitrogen atmosphere at 30° C. for 10 hours to obtain 10 g of acetamide-urea-NH4SCN eutectic mixture.
