Reaction Steps
The product of Example 1B and 2-(4-nitrophenyl)acetic acid were treated using a method similar to that described in Example 111 to give the title compound. 1H NMR (500 MHz, DMSO-d6/D2O) δ 8.30 (d, J=7.4, 1H), 8.27-8.21 (m, 2H), 8.04 (d, J=7.8, 1H), 8.02-7.96 (m, 1H), 7.94-7.88 (m, 1H), 7.67 (d, J=8.6, 2H), 3.84-3.81 (m, 4H), 3.70 (s, 2H), 3.11-3.07 (m, 4H); MS (ESI−) M/Z 408 (M−H)−.
