The product of Example 1B and 2-(2,4,6-trimethylphenyl)acetic acid were treated using a method similar to that described in Example 111 to give the title compound. 1H NMR (500 MHz, DMSO-d6/Deuterium Oxide) δ ppm 8.30 (d, J=7.3 Hz, 1H), 8.02 (d, J=8.0 Hz, 1H), 7.96-8.00 (m, 1H), 7.88-7.92 (m, 1H), 6.84-6.85 (bs, 2H), 3.77-3.85 (m, 4H), 3.66 (s, 2H), 3.08-3.13 (m, 4H), 2.31 (s, 6H), 2.21 (s, 3H); MS (ESI+) M/Z 407 (M+H)+.
