The product of Example 1B and 2-(3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)acetic acid were treated using a method similar to that described in Example 111 to give the title compound. 1H NMR (500 MHz, DMSO-d6/Deuterium Oxide) δ ppm 8.31 (dd, J=7.9, 1.3 Hz, 1H), 8.03 (d, J=1.3 Hz, 1H), 7.97-8.01 (m, 1H), 7.91 (td, J=7.5, 1.3 Hz, 1H), 6.58 (d, J=2.3 Hz, 2H), 6.41 (t, J=2.3 Hz, 1H), 3.80-3.84 (m, 4H), 3.76 (s, 6H), 3.59 (s, 2H), 3.08-3.11 (m, 4H); MS (ESI−) M/Z 423 (M−H)−.
