To a solution of 6-Methoxy-1H-benzo[d][1,3]oxazine-2,4-dione (96 mg, 0.5 mmol) in CH3CN (5 mL) K2CO3 (140 mg, 1 mmol) and 1-[trans-4-(4-Aminomethyl-cyclohexanecarbonyl)-piperazin-1-yl]-2-methyl-propan-1-one (148 mg, 0.5 mmol) were added and the reaction was heated at 50° C. for 16 h. The solvent was removed under reduced pressure, 5 mL of 0.4M Na2CO3 solution were added and the mixture was stirred for 1 h. Then 5 mL of DCM were added, the organic phase collected, dried over Na2SO4 and the solvent removed under reduced pressure. 156 mg of the titled product were obtained (yield=68%).
