After stirring for 1 h 30 at ambient temperature, the reaction medium is evaporated off under a stream of nitrogen. 119 mg of (R)-2-amino-1-[3-butoxy-3-(2-fluorophenyl)azetidin-1-yl]-3-(4-methoxy-phenyl)propan-1-one trifluoroacetate are obtained in the form of a yellow oil with a yield of 100%.
