A mixture of 1.26 g (0.016 mol) of pyridine, 1.61 g (0.016 mol) of acetic anhydride and 5.0 g (0.016 mol) of product of Example 35 in 50 ml of ether was stirred for 3 hours and filtered. The filtrate was concentrated in vacuo to give 5.38 g (95%) of product as a solid; mp 49°-51° C.
