Reaction Steps
A mixture of 2.3 g (0.01 mole) of 3,5-bistrifluoromethyl aniline and 1.5 g (0.01 mole) of cis-cyclohexane-1,2-dicarboxylic anhydride was stirred in iso-propyl ether at room temperature. The precipitated crystals were filtered off to give 3.0 g of the title compound.
