Procedure
In analogy to the procedure described for example 13, [3-methyl-2-(3-trifluoromethyl-phenyl)-5-trimethylsilanylethynyl-3H-imidazol-4-yl]-(4-pyrrolidin-1-yl-piperidin-1-yl)-methanone (example 40) was reacted with potassium carbonate to give the title compound as yellow oil. MS: 431.4 (MH+).
