The procedure described in Example 23 was repeated using 3-(2-chloroethoxy)-N-{3-methyl-4-[(6-methylpyridin-3-yl)oxy]phenyl}-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4-amine (prepared as described in Example 15) and pyrrolidine to give the title compound in 47% yield; NMR Spectrum: 1.67 (br s, 4H), 2.19 (s, 3H), 2.44 (s, 3H), 2.56 (br s, 4H), 2.89 (t, 2H), 4.44 (t, 2H), 6.95 (d, 1H), 7.18-7.25 (m, 2H), 7.60-7.64 (m, 2H), 8.16 (s, 1H), 8.31 (s, 1H); Mass Spectrum: 446 (MH+).
