The desired compound was prepared using [5-(6-Chloro-9H-beta-carbolin-8-ylcarbamoyl)-2,2-dimethyl-morpholin-4-yl]-acetic acid and 2,6-dimethyl morpholine following Method F. Chromatographic purification gave the desired product in 70-80% yield. 1H-NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3): δ 9.31 (s, 1H), 8.75 (d, 1H), 8.55 (d, 1H), 8.37 (d, 1H), 8.14 (m, 1H), 4.73 (m, 2H), 4.96 (m, 1H), 4.37 (m, 2H), 3.69 (m, 2H), 3.57 (m, 4H), 2.82 (t, 1H), 2.47 (t, 1H), 1.50 (d, 3H), 1.42 (d, 3H), 1.18 (m, 6H). Retention Time (LC, method: formic acid standard): 1.14 min (Diode Array).
