PROCEDURE

实验过程

30 g of liquid product as described in example 2 was dissolved in 120 g of water. The pH of the solution was adjusted to 6 with 50% NaOH solution. Finally 60 g of maltodextrin (with a dextrose equivalent of 10) and 30 g of NaCl were dissolved in the solution. The viscous liquid obtained was then spray-dried to get a powder flavour ingredient containing N lactoyl glucosamine.
