The title compound is synthesized by coupling of 4-(2-piperazin-1-yl-ethyl)-morpholine (commercially available from ABCR GmbH) and bromoacetonitrile analogously to the preparation of Intermediate 149.2 as a colorless oil; ES-MS: M+H=239.3; 1HNMR(DMSO-d6) 3.70 (s, 2H), 3.30 (bs, 4H), 2.60-2.30 (m, 16H).
