The product of Example 47, and N,N-dimethylethylenediamine were reacted by the procedure of Example 60 to afford the title compound 4,8-bis-(2-chloro-phenyl)-2-(2-dimethylamino-ethylamino)-8H-pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidin-7-one (396 mg, 84% yield). 1H-NMR (CDCl3) δ 2.02-2.34 (m, 8H), 3.05 (m, 2H), 6.02 (br s, 1H), 6.39 (d, 1H, J=9.8 Hz), 7.24-7.62 (m, 9H). LC MS (m/e)=455 (MH+).
