The product of Example 47, and 2-amino-2-methylpropane 1,3-diol were reacted by the procedure of Example 60 to afford the title compound 4,8-bis-(2-chloro-phenyl)-2-(2-hydroxy-1-hydroxymethyl-1-methyl-ethylamino)-8H-pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidin-7-one. 1H-NMR (CDCl3) δ 1.01 (s, 3H), 3.43 (m, 2H), 3.62 (m, 2H), 6.03 (br s, 1H), 6.41 (d, 1H, J=9.6 Hz), 7.27-7.65 (m, 9H). LC MS (m/e)=471 (MH+).
