Following the general procedure outlined in Example 195, the product of Example 48 (500 mg, 1.12 mmol), aminoacetonitrile hydrogen sulfate (1.16 g, 5.6 mmol) and triethylamine (0.78 mL, 5.6 mmol) were reacted at 65° for 2 h to give the crude material 460 mg. LC-MS: 421.8 (MH+, m/z), 2.08 (Rt, min).
