Reaction Steps
Acetylchloride (0.08 ml) was added to a mixture of the product from step (viii) (250 mg) and triethylamine (0.6 ml) in NMP (5 ml) and stirred for 2 h. The mixture was purified by to RPHPLC, yield 85 mg.
