(3-{5-Fluoro-4-[2-methyl-4-(2,3,4,5-tetrahydrobenzo[b]azepine-1-carbonyl)-benzylcarbamoyl]-2-oxo-3,4-dihydro-2H-quinoxalin-1-yl}propyl)carbamic acid tert-butyl ester from Example 15B (90 mg, 0.14 mmol) was added to a solution of 4N HCl/dioxan (10 ml) and the mixture was stirred for 0.5 h. The mixture was diluted with toluene, evaporated in vacuo and azeotroped with toluene to give a pale yellow solid; yield 82 mg, 100%.
