100 mg (0.24 mmol) of compound from Example 39, 3-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-1,9-dimethyl-6-(2H-pyrazol-3-yl)-1,9-dihydropyrido[2,3-b]indol-2-one, are dissolved in 4 ml of chloroform. 232 μl (2.36 mmol) of isopropyl isocyanate are added and the mixture is then refluxed for 16 hours. The reaction medium is left to cool and then Et2O is added, and the mixture is filtered and washed with a minimum amount of Et2O.
