Versuchsvorschrift
In analogy to example 1, step 3,1-benzenesulfonyl-4-(3-bromo-phenyl)-3-isopropyl-imidazolidin-2-one (example 12, step 1) was reacted with 3-tert-butylsulfamoyl-benzeneboronic acid in the presence of dichloro[1,1′-bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene]palladium dichloromethane adduct and sodium carbonate in dioxane/water to give 3′-(1-benzenesulfonyl-3-isopropyl-2-oxo-imidazolidin-4-yl)-biphenyl-3-sulfonic acid tert-butylamide as an off-white oil. MS: 572.8 ([M+NH4]+)
