To a solution of 2-fluoro-N-(3-morpholinopropyl)-4-nitroaniline (1.78 g, 6.28 mmol) in mixed solvents of EtOAc (15 mL) and MeOH (15 mL) was added catalyst Pd/C (0.30 g). The reaction was stirred at rt under H2 for 2 h, then filtered. The filtrate was concentrated in vacuo to give the crude product for the next step without further purification.
