To a solution of N-(3-(1H-tetrazol-1-yl)propyl)-2-fluoro-4-nitroaniline (0.36 g, 1.35 mmol) in THF (10 mL) was added catalyst Pd/C (0.12 g). The reaction mixture was stirred at rt under H2 overnight. The mixture was filtered, and the filtrate was concentrated in vacuo. The residue was purified by a silica gel column chromatography (PE/EtOAc (V/V)=2:1) to give the title compound as red oil (0.20 g, 63%).
