To a solution of 2-fluoro-N1-(3-(tetrahydrofuran-2-yl)propyl)benzene-1,4-diamine (260 mg, 1.09 mmol) in EtOAc (10 mL) was added acetyl ketene (110 mg, 1.31 mmol) and the mixture was stirred at 80° C. overnight. The mixture was cooled to rt and concentrated in vacuo. The residue was purified by a silica gel column chromatography (PE/EtOAc (V/V)=2:1) to give the title compound as yellow liquid (83 mg, 24%).
