Reaction Steps
Dasatinib i-propanolate (form A3, 4.74 g) was dissolved in DMF (23.7 ml) at 100° C. After water (23.7 ml) was added at 100° C. The suspension was cooled to room temperature. The product was filtered off, washed with water (3×) and dried on the filter.
